When was the last time you soaked yourself in nature?
Felt the sun on your skin, observed how the tree crowns move with the wind, listened to the bird twitter.
Do you remember how you felt afterwards?
I bet you felt renewed. Rested. Connected. Alive.
This should not come as a surprise. As species, we evolved in nature. This is our home.
99% of the time that homo sapiens have lived on Earth, we've lived in natural environments. We were not made for busy city life, which keeps our nervous system in a constant state of overstimulation a.k.a. stress.
Everyone who spends time in nature does not need any scientific evidence to know that it does us well. But if you do need some hard facts, there are plenty.
Experiencing nature with all your senses or forest bathing is highly beneficial for your body and mind.
Join one of my forest bathing sessions and discover how forest can give you more health and happiness.
Forest bathing is a slow paced activity, which focuses on what we hear, see and sense while in the forest. I will guide you through unique sensory-based activities, to help you take the most from the surroundings.
Classic forest bathing with a group
Join this 2 hour group session, which will help you to slow down, take in the atmosphere of the forest and awaken your senses as I guide you through a series of sensory-focused invitations. Absolutely no prior experience is needed. Come with an open mind and willingness to experience nature.
Forest art walk
Join this session, which combines elements of forest bathing and land art. During a series of sensory-focused invitations, we will collect objects that nature has to offer us - fallen leaves, flowers, pine cones, stones, branches. We will give these objects a second life by creating art objects out of them. Absolutely no prior experience in arts is needed.
Individual forest bathing
Contact me to arrange a session crafted for your needs and situation. Be it a session just for you, for a group of friends or a team event. The guidance can be done in English, German, Spanish or Russian.
What do people say about our forest bathing sessions?

I read about Forest Bathing in "Your Guide to Forest Bathing: Experience the Healing Power of Nature" and I'm very fortunate to put this knowledge in practice with Daria. She shines with positive energy, and from the start you can see how connected she is to the forest. Also, I love to participate in experiences that are well organised and where the guide is confident. That's exactly what Daria offers. To mindfully walk in nature is a skill. If you look for guidance and connection with like-minded folks, I recommend Daria's Forest Bathing experiences with all my heart.

As a lover of walking in the woods and meditation I was pretty convinced that forest bathing was just another trend, not much different from “just” a walk in nature.
However, the two sessions with Daria changed my mind: Starting a walk through the woods with a session of forest bathing not only relaxed my mind and body faster and more effortless than a meditation, it also made me be more present during the walk, enjoying it much more by consciously appreciating all the beauty within nature and discovering new details in my surroundings.
I can still feel a lasting effect of the sessions in my day to day life. I am already looking forward to my next forest bathing. Highly recommended!

Daria, it was such an amazing session that you provided us at the forest.
I felt confidence from your guidance, which enabled me to immerse more deeply in my senses and really feel the powerful effects of the exercises. At the end of the session, I felt the energy circulating from my feet to all the body and the stillness of the mind.
I liked the combination of individual and paired exercises and how you engaged the group with personal memories from the forest and trees. Another highlight was how you gave alternatives to the way of doing the exercises, which helped people feel accepted with their challenges and fears.
Overall, it was a very well spent afternoon with a session that really honoured the sacred space of the forest, as well as the connection between humans and their bodies and humans and the forest.
Thank you so much!!
